Do You Get Enough Sleep?

Anyone who knows me, knows I need a solid 8-9 hours of sleep a night to function! This is a priority for me as I don’t like the way I feel when I don’t get a good night’s rest. I choose not to drink coffee to compensate for a lack of sleep and want to function at my optimal each day. There have been many studies conducted on the benefits of getting enough sleep, how it impacts on your health and well-being if you don’t, and yet so many people don’t make their sleep a priority. I had been pondering this for some time as I became curious on the effects of microwaves on our health. A bit of research into this area turned up a lot of grey zones and unknowns. Whenever there is inconclusive evidence, I prefer to err on the side of cautious. So as I became more and more heath conscious, it seemed like a good step to be makin
