My biggest struggle in life. What to hold onto and for how long and when do I simply need to let go?!

For me personally, I love to be held. I crave touch and connection. This isn’t from a place of needing validation or comforting, rather from a place of knowing that we thrive off of connection and knowing that we are all different and yet we are all one. This touch fuels our strength, determination and courage. Reassuring us that we are not alone and that we are understood. It gives us the strength we need to be independent, to conquer our purpose and to meet our karma.
