refund policy
When issuing refunds, the following with be adhered to:

I reserve the right to terminate the agreement and retain any funds received should I be unable to conduct the ceremony due to the change of date, time or place of the ceremony

If the ceremony needs to be rescheduled due to COVID-19 and we can’t find a mutually suitable day/time/venue, any monies paid other than the non-refundable deposit will be refunded within five (5) business days, excluding an additional $220 if the ceremony draft has been reviewed by the client or emailed to them already.

If the ceremony is cancelled by the client before full payment is made, any monies paid other than the deposit will be refunded within five (5) business days, excluding an additional $220 if the ceremony draft has been reviewed by the client or emailed to them already.

If the client chooses to cancel the ceremony once full payment has been made no monies will be refunded unless there are extreme circumstances.

Any purchases made using Afterpay cannot be refunded.
